RiverRun is located on the gorgeous
banks of the Ottawa River. We are just below the last set
of rapids in a private bay with sandy beach. Surrounded by
the Canadian Wilderness and far from the pace of city life,
it's the perfect spot to getaway for a weekend.
We are situated closest to the village
of Beachburg, and only minutes from from Foresters Falls.
Approximate
driving time: 4.5 hours...and worth every minute
- Travel Hwy 401 take Exit #579 onto Hwy 41
- Take Hwy 41 north to Eganville (as shown on map above)
- Continue through Eganville to the traffic lights
- Turn right at the lights (Hwy 60) which becomes County Rd
8. This will take you into Cobden
- In Cobden, turn right onto Hwy 17
- Make a left onto Foresters Falls Rd which is approximately
1 km away
- Continue through Foresters Falls
- Make a left at Grants Settlement Rd which is approximately
1 km outside of Foresters Falls
- Turn left at Grants Settlement Rd, and follow the RiverRun
signs to our resort
Approximate driving time: 1.5 hours
- Travel west on Hwy 417
- Hwy 417 will become Hwy 17 just outside of Ottawa. Continue
on this road
- Drive past Renfrew to the Storyland exit
- Turn right and travel to the Four Corners stop sign
- Proceed straight through, approx. 10 km and turn right at
our sign on Kohlsmith Rd
- Continue through to stop sign which will be Foresters Falls
Rd
- Kohlsmith Rd becomes Grant Settlement Rd on the other side
of Foresters Falls Rd
- Proceed straight through onto Grants Settlement Rd and follow
the RiverRun signs to our resort
The Essentials

something that won't easily fall off and be supportive onshore

- insect repellant (may to early june especially)
- wool socks, nylor or acrylic pants, sweater or wind breaker
for colder weather
- flashlight, sleeping bag, foam pad or air mattress and tent
for campers or bunkie / chalet / cabana guests
- security deposit where required for some accommodations
Check-in and Check-Out
- Guests staying in our accommodations
may check-in any time after 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at
10:00am
or before your rafting trip.
Washroom Facilities
- There are washroom and shower facilities located close to
each campground and accommodations.
