RiverRun
accepts certified cheques, money orders and all major credit cards.
Payment
Schedule
50%
of the cost of your trip will be due 15 days after you book your
adventure. The balance of the trip cost is due 30 days prior to
your rafting date. Please remember that all cheques must be certified.
Cancellation
Policy
Guests
who cancel their trip will receive a full refund if a written cancellation
is received 30 days prior to their trip. If the trip is cancelled
less than 30 days prior to the trip, refunds and alternate dates
will not be available. RiverRun reserves the right to alter any
trip course, equipment or location without refund.
Cancellation
Insurance is available at an extra cost and is optional. Prices
are listed on our rates page.
Guests who have purchased cancellation insurance may cancel up to
24 hours prior to trip departure for medical reasons. A doctor's
note may be requested. Refunds will not be provided, however, an
alternate rafting date will be planned and booked.
Medical
Protection
To
add medical protection to your booking, please add the following
costs. GST will be charged on top of the medical protection fee.
Day Trip - $4
Packages - $6
Kayak Courses - $10
Guests who cancel
their trip due to a medical issue can book an alternate rafting
date or may receive a gift certificate for use later in the 2004
rafting season. |
